Returns Policy

If you decide the product isn't right for you within the first 30 days of purchase, we offer a Full Refund policy. You don't need to provide a reason, but you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Conditions for 30-Day Returns:

  • The product must be in 'as new' condition, undamaged, and with the original packaging.
  • To maintain the 'as new' condition, we recommend testing the product indoors first. Outdoor use may scuff the product, rendering it 'used.'

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Send an email to support@rovagear.com to initiate the return.  You will be guided through a short return authorization process.
  • After we receive the returned item, please allow a few days for your refund to be processed through the original payment method.

For Faulty or Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately before returning the item. We will guide you through the next steps.
